About, Bodie Meyer

Background

Bodie was born into a 3rd generation row crop farming family, so farming is literally "in his blood"!  After leaving the family farm, he went to the University of Nebraska - Lincoln for Agricultural Economics.  He then came back home and opened Plains Cover Crop and Channel Seeds with his long-time friend, Cody Schacht.  Bodie has never completely walked away from the family farm; he still helps manage it as they continue growing corn and soybeans.  

Bodie and his wife, Denise, have two children, Raeley and Ryett.
